It was our first time in Florida and booking accommodation on line. Beth was very reassuring and the villa was perfect. It had everything you would possibly need, we stayed for 3 weeks and wanted for nothing. With Wal-Mart and other shops and restaurants within walking distance the location was great too. We drove to Disney and SeaWorld etc. every day and found the journey very easy. Our security bond was refunded immediately upon our return. Thanks for everything Beth.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very comfortable and well
equipped. It was just what we were looking for. We were very fortunate as the weather was perfect during our stay.
As I told you when we spoke, this was our first rental experience.
Thank you so much for making it positive, pleasant and easy for us. I won't hesitate to recommend your villa to friends and family.
We appreciate the quick refund of the security bond.

Our holiday was fantastic and your villa was perfect.
It had everything we needed. It was clean, the pool was cleaned weekly, everything worked.
We loved the location of your villa and the security and to have Wal Mart on your doorstep was a bonus.
We will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family and when we decide to go again we will definitely look you up.
Thank you so much for your excellent communication and administration and we really appreciated you letting us arrive at the villa early and leaving later.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and enjoyed your house enormously. Disney World is as promised a magical place and what can I say about the weather, it was roasting hot and every thundery shower was a dramatic and a fantastic sight, the coolness of the rain was also very welcome, the pool area was lovely and was used daily, the girls particularly enjoyed the ‘chill out’ days that we spent at the Villa
We are already talking about when we go back and what we will do next time and I will certainly be getting back in touch with you to see about our return accommodation.

" Just a short note to thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful villa. We had a great time and it was great to see Southern Dunes again. The weather was kind to us too, with 3 days of full sunshine, and scattered clouds for the other 4 days - only 1 rain shower all week...! Lucky timing to get out before Hurricaine "Wilma" struck (coincidence or what...?) Pool Heater was probably a wee bit too hot at night (like a hot bath), but lovely and comfortable during the day.
