The Villa's kitchen is fully fitted and is adjacent to the dining area with patio doors opening out onto the covered lanai, with an extended south facing deck area.
There are 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a Queen size bed has luxurious ensuite with walk-in closet, giving ample hanging and storage space. There is a full bath and spacious shower, in the master bedroom there are windows to two sides including patio doors which lead out directly onto the pool area.
The second bedroom has a double bed, ample closet space and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom has twin beds and again has ample built in wardrobe space, alongside a second family bathroom.
Finally, there is a Queen sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps further two people.
The pool area has a large extended deck area giving extra room around the pool for relaxing and entertaining. The pool area is fully enclosed by a fine mesh screen which gives protection from flying insects and leaves.
The villa comes fully equipped with ample bed linen, towels, crockery, utencils and cutlery for all guests. There is a fully equipped laundry off the kitchen with washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The villa also has high speed Internet Connection and a spacious double garage. Baby equipment is available to use free of charge.
